What does prevention do? It creates more of a probability that you won’t go through the same problems as often in the future or creates a less likely chance that you will freak out as badly about it the next time it happens.

I didn’t say completely eliminate the issues…well because it’s life. We’re going to have some of the same problems happen over and over again, but you can learn to handle it better the next time it happens.

Prevention strategies can be learned to take some control over your life when it comes to negative occurrences.

Learn From The Experiences

There are lessons and more lessons to be learned each day. Make the best out of the situation by realizing the lesson you actually learned was good for your overall mental health. It’s even more beneficial to apply what you have learned to future life situations. You will appreciate the lessons even more if you go about it this way.

Be Grateful For The Wisdom

Think of how much worse it could have been. Also, think of how bad it could have been if you had not known now but later instead. Where would you be in life if no lessons occurred? Everyone gains wisdom as they learn about reality. You will begin to understand the true meaning of “Life Isn’t Fair” and the effectiveness of the “Law of Attraction”. In turn, you won’t let the issues that happened completely consume you and become more optimistic.

Create Outlets

When hit with issue after issue, you can find ways to cope with them. You may want to create ways to inspire others and teach them how to fight against certain obstacles. Your problems in life can actually help to shape your purpose to fulfill in life. Be thankful for the strong person you have become at the end of it all. Use the attained lessons to your advantage!

Bottom Line…

You can’t escape negative experiences. You will learn to adapt to them as you gain life skills. You will begin to cherish the times that were not as bad as they could have been. Look at it as being a preparation for situations to come. Realize that there are usually reasons for these outcomes in the first place.
